Teaching at the Westchester Children’s Museum

The Origami4Cause team taught an origami class at the Westchester Children’s Museum on March 30th from 11am – 1pm. What a fabulous experience and a fantastic location that’s right on the boardwalk of Rye Playland! We were so happy we could raise awareness for not only the museum, but also our other causes, the Hope House and Small Projects Istanbul. Check out our photo gallery below!

Hope House

We had another wonderful visit to the Hope House in Port Chester, NY, where we taught origami to the group there.

“HOPE House is a place where people recovering from behavioral health conditions find the support and resources they need to pursue their goals and dreams. The clubhouse program focuses on the abilities and talents of its members concentrating on wellness, recovery and opportunities.”

Coming back to the Hope House

We loved our experiences at the Hope House and they did, too! So, we returned for a 3rd time to teach new origami designs.
